Olivia Pizzo is an Associate Attorney at Woods Lonergan. Her practice concentrates in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups. She assists in complex commercial and real estate disputes on behalf of business owners, privately held companies, families, and investors in matters before the New York State Supreme Court, including the Commercial Division.

Olivia’s practice includes partnership and shareholder disputes, fiduciary breach and corporate fraud matters, and a variety of matters representing the boards of condominium and cooperative communities in New York City.

Prior to joining Woods Lonergan, Olivia served as a law clerk to the Honorable Trish K. Morikawa of the First Circuit Court of Hawaiʻi. Additionally, Olivia received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a Mattone Institute Real Estate Fellow and New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX) Scholar.
