Corporate Shareholder Derivative Action – Corporate Waste Claim

A corporate dispute concerning the ownership of a mixed-use Manhattan building. After arguments on a motion to dismiss corporate waste claims asserted against our client, the Supreme Court granted our motion, dismissing with prejudice the shareholders derivative waste claims against our client.
