Real Estate Litigation – Vacating Lis Pendens with Award of Attorney’s Fees and Costs

In a corporate litigation matter in connection with a $40 million-dollar real estate development project; a party recorded a notice of pendency (lis pendens) against our clients interest in the property. We immediately filed a motion to vacate the lien, the Court granted our motion, striking the notice of pendency and granting our client payment of their attorney’s fees in connection with the motion and court costs.
